1.Name/photo correction is to be rectified through Academics/Affiliation & Registration Branch thereafter student has to submit previously issued DMC/Degree in original and has to pay a fee of Rs. 500/- per DMC/Degree .


2. Duplicate DMC/Degree will be issued in case of loss of the concern dcoument and a fee of Rs. 500/- per DMC/Degree is to be paid.


3. Fee @Rs 500/- per Semester is to be paid for Transcript.


4. Following Documents are required in pdf format for Degree/DMC and Transcript.

I) If DMC/Degree Lost - Copy of relevent FIR.

II) If Degree not received - Copy of NPTEL.

III) For Transcript - Student has to provide copy of his/her all DMC/Degree.


5. For Migration Certificate a). In case of Admission Cancellation i) NOC from the Principal/Director of Affiliation College regarding admission cancellation and issuance of Migration Certificate. ii) Admission cancellation notice for UTD students. b). In case of after completion of course i) Final year DMC(Grand Total)/Degree/Provisional issued by university. ii) No dues certificate.
